January's monthly tip

We're only a few days into the New Year, but already it feels as though it was an eternity ago! That said it's surely too early for anyone's New Year resolutions to be faltering isn't it? Either way, Metropix's commitment to provide the most innovative property visualisation services around remains as strong today as it was when the company was founded two years ago.

But we digress. It's time for another of our tips to help make drawing floor plans as simple and easy as possible, so here comes our tip for January 2006...

A quick sketch of the layout of a property makes it so much easier to draw the floor plan -- don’t worry though, being gifted with Leonardo da Vinci's artistic skills isn’t a requirement! A very rough sketch is all that is needed, and then whether you or someone else does the floor plan drawing there is something to follow.
